Use or attempted use of your user account for any reason other than what is stated in the Terms may result in immediate termination of your user account and forfeiture of any prize, bonus or balance in the user account.

You also understand and agree that deposits in your user account maintained with us are purely for the purpose of participation in Cash Games made available on the Website.

You understand and agree that you cannot transfer any sum from your user account with us to the account of another registered user on the Website except as may be permitted by Fanspole and subject to restrictions and conditions as may be prescribed.

You will receive a reference code on signing up on Fanspole.com. The reward you receive by referring other sign ups will only be for valid user email sign-ups. Money received through referral sign-ups can be decremented if the sign-up was done through an invalid email-id. Admins of site have the power to decrement wallet money received by referring other sigh-ups if found inappropriate without reasoning or prior notice.

• The Contest(s) are open only to persons above the age of 18 years.
• The Contest(s) are open only to persons, currently residing in India.
• Fanspole may, in accordance with the laws prevailing in certain Indian states, bar individuals residing in those states from participating in the Contest(s). Currently, individuals residing in the Indian states of Assam, Andhra Pradesh Odisha, Telangana, Tamil Nadu, Nagaland and Sikkim may not participate in the paid version of the Contest as the laws of these states bar persons from participating in games of skill where participants are required to pay to enter.
• Persons who wish to participate must have a valid email address.
• Only those Participants who have successfully registered on the Fanspole as well as registered prior to each round in accordance with the procedure outlined above shall be eligible to participate in the Contest and win prizes.

Within a reasonable time period after each Sporting Event corresponding to the Game ends, the Winners for the Game are announced, but remain subject to final verification by the Company. The Company may, in its sole discretion, award cash or non-cash prizes, to the Winners of each Game.

The details of the prizes that may be won by the Participants, together with the prize structure for each Game, will be finalised and displayed on the Platform prior to the start of the corresponding Sporting Event.

Prize calculations for a Game are based on the results as of the time when final scoring is tabulated by the Company after the end of a Sporting Event. Once Winners are initially announced by the Company, the scoring results will not be changed in light of adjustments made in the official scoreboards, though We reserve the right to make adjustments based on errors or irregularities in the transmission of information to Us from Our stats provider or in Our calculation of results. In determining the Winners, the Company shall not modify or manipulate the points awarded to any Participant in any manner whatsoever.

We also may make adjustments or withhold prizes, in the event of a non-compliance by any of the Users with the Terms of Use.

No request for substitution or transfer of a prize shall be entertained by the Company. Where the Winner requests the Company to transfer the cash prizes to his bank account, the same will be disbursed ONLY to Winners who are account holders with a bank in India via an electronic funds transfer. The Company shall NEITHER physically mail the cheque containing the prize money to the Winner’s postal address NOR shall the Company hand over cash to the Winner through any other means.All taxes associated with the receipt or use of any prize are the sole responsibility of the Winner. In the event that the awarding of any prizes to Winners of the Game is challenged by any Authority, the Company reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine whether or not to award or adjust such prizes, which shall be in compliance with the Applicable Law.

In all disputes arising out of the determination of the Winner(s) of the Game(s), the Company is the sole judge and its actions are final and binding on all the Participants.

All prizes shall be subject to deduction of tax at source (“TDS”) as per the provisions of the Income Tax Act, 1961. Winners will be provided TDS certificates in respect of such tax deductions. The Winners shall be responsible for payment of any other tax/ cess/ surcharge under the Applicable Law, including but not limited to, gift tax, etc. in respect of the prizes.

1. The Fantasy Sports/Game Contests hosted by Fanspole on the Platform are all Games of Skill. Different Contests will reward different skills, but each game will reward certain skills, such as knowledge of the game, familiarity with rules, experience, reflexes, practice, hand-eye coordination etc.
2. Users must note that all Contests available on the Platform are games where the success or/and performance of the Users depends predominantly upon their superior knowledge, training, attention, experience and adroitness (“Games of Skill”) in playing the game. ‘Games of Skill’, under Indian law, are excluded from the ambit of gambling legislations including, the Public Gambling Act of 1867 and other state enactments except in the Restricted States.
3. Hence, the individuals residing in the Restricted States should not participate in any Contest or Games offered on the Platform. Any participation by such individuals shall be at their sole risk and discretion and Fanspole shall not be liable to refund or reimburse any injury or damages suffered by such individuals.

We may suspend or otherwise put restrictions on your access to the Services on the Website during investigation for any of the following reasons:

• Suspected violation of Terms or other abuse of your user account;
• Suspected breach of security of your user account; or
• If there have been charge-backs on your user account.
